When I first saw the millions of 5-star reviews I thought "no way". But..WAY. John was friendly and funny on the phone making the appointment, showed up exactly when he said he would, did an awesome job in no time at all, and it cost exactly what he quoted me over the phone. John is a really cool guy, explained what he was doing, and put me totally at ease. Whether you are changing the locks on a new apartment (as I was) or are drunkenly locked out at 2am (he made it clear he handles those situations too!) call Interstate Locksmith Shop and you will be glad you did! 718-709-0403.

This place is hands down the best locksmith in Jamaica, NY ! When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Interstate Locksmith Shop with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in Jamaica, NY ! Call them and save a time: 718-709-0403.

Was very helpful and quick onsite. Jeffrey had everything he needed to get me back into my car with him when he arrived. I will definitely Interstate Locksmith Shop services in the future since I know I will lock my keys in my car again.
