This company is absolutely useless! Several time I've had to call them for our condo association to tow car parked in unit owner spots. They don't come. I called today to remove a car, 3 1/2 hours later, still didn't come. and don't answer my calls. THEY ARE USELESS! BIG TIME!

my car was taken illegally from the parking lot, they allegedly claimed that I had the license plate expired, that is incorrect I have the photos and legal documents that prove the illegality that was committed, this company destroyed my car when it was towed, they were not careful and damaged the part behind the car, they cut it and broke it, in addition to the scratches that they did to all the paint, I called to claim them and they just ignored me, this company makes you sign documents and pay for everything on the trailer without having to check the car, They do not give explanations of why they take the car, I think they abuse the law and damage private property only to get money from people without any excuse, that is to scam people in addition to not responding for the damages caused, I will take my case before the courts, and I will make all the possible claims so that they pay with all the weight of the law the crime that they are committing because I know that they do the same to Many people like me, I do not lie here I will post the photos of my car before and after taking it and also the documents of my registered and active license plate, my name is Ariane Ramos and I hope the culprits respond for what they are doing to the people to make your business produce illegally

Evil..evil..evil! Both towing company and the property manager or whoever is working with this tow company!! I work at a Catholic school and get coffee every morning at Bravo supermarket. One morning my car wouldn’t start up. So I attempted to get a jump..nothing...took out my old battery, bought a new one, replaced, and still didn’t crank. By that time it was late and there is a mechanic shop literally in the same plaza, but they were closed at the time. So I pushed my car closer to the shop, placed a note on the dash, stating that the car wouldn’t start and I will be bringing it to the shop that was literally 50 ft away the next morning. I came Saturday morning at 9 am when the shop would open and my car was GONE! I found the number to call and these people just have empathy or understanding of ANYTHING! my car wasn’t even in the lot for more than 24 hours! They said they towed it at 7am. Was my car truly an inconvenience? Did you guys really have to stoop to such low levels for $$$?!? I truly hope that karma will come back to all the frustration and pain you have done to peoples lives! And bc of this I have also refused to go anywhere near that lot and get my coffee and food at bravo bc of this experience! Bravo shame on you too for telling me that by placing a note on the car I would be fine! Shame!!
