We want to show downtown Savannah what power yoga is all about! We offer power yoga & vinyasa yoga classes, yoga workshops and yoga teacher training's in a clean, supportive environment. Though most of our hot yoga classes are heated to around 95 degrees, we do offer power Yoga for Busy People every Monday through Friday at 85 degrees. Our power yoga classes are for beginners, experienced practitioners, runners, cyclists, athletes and everyone else! Our mission at DDY Savannah is to welcome, inspire, and empower each and every person who walks through our doors. We seek to empower people and communities on and off the mat, through practice, personal development and the support of our local and global yoga community.
