DO NOT spend your money or waste your time coming here. I had a 4:45 appointment, read GREAT reviews about this place and decided to give it a try. I came in for my appointment at 4:25, waited until 5:15. I kindly asked The VERY RUDE secretary in the picture below if he knew how much longer the wait would be. He says he didn't know, and that I could wait another 10-15 minutes or reschedule. Just completely blew me off; I didn't come all that way and wait that long to come back and reschedule so I said I'd wait. He proceeds to text and laugh as if I'm not there. I asked him if it was a normal business practice for appointments to run over. At that point, he ANGRILY got up, knocking over things on the desk and banged and the owners door and told her that I had an attitude or something. She (Ms. Diana Rose) proceeds to walk out just as rude as her secretary, doesn't acknowledge me as a customer, just went with what this extremely unprofessional secretary said and proceeded to tell me this is normal and I can reschedule. Her tone was very nasty, yet I offered to apologize to the gentleman and assured her that I hope she and I still had a good energy, I WAS THERE FOR A READING and this place was riddled with Buddha Statutes, "namaste" quotes on the wall, etc. So this place is supposed to be a spiritual sanctuary, but I am HAPPY I didn't spend my money there. Diana and her secretary teamed up on me like I was the problem, as if I hadn't been waiting, as if I did something wrong asking her Secretary a question. This IS NOT a place you want to go to for guidance. I felt uneasy the entire time yet I still waited, I should've left like my gut told me to. The owner walked off and left me and told me to reschedule if I can't wait. I stood and thought for a moment, I told them both, "I feel really bad energy and I won't be spending my money here". AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE. The secretary proceeded to CHASE ME out the door threatening to CALL THE POLICE ON ME. Please do not pay these people any of your money, this isn't a spiritual place and the "readers" and employees have very nasty energy. I will make sure I tell everyone I know about this experience, and I will leave a review on every platform. The most disgusting experience I ever had.
