Our residential teams consist of general carpenters and painters that are experts in remodeling and refinishing any room. Our commercial teams and contractors all have over 10 years experience in general carpentry, demolition, site clean up and general labor on construction sites. About the company: WNS was formed and began operations in June 2015 with one purpose in mind, to assist our clients, banks, mortgage companies, realtors, private builders, buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate in completing repairs identified by home or government inspectors and appraisers for properties under contract to purchase or for properties being refinanced. WNS Commercial contracting provides supervised supporting labor forces to large national general contractors, property management companies and construction management companies for large retail box store new construction, strip center construction, multi unit housing projects and apartment housing. In addition, WNS Restoration and Remediation is the first call from home and business owners, insurance companies and public adjusters when any emergency situation involving fire or water damage occurs. Since then the company has grown into 3 separate divisions within Wood N Screw. Wood N Screw as the parent company works with homeowners specifically doing what the company was originally created to do, punch out and inspection repairs, remodeling and painting. Two newly created divisions under WNS, Commercial Contracting and Construction Management and Restoration and Remediation round out the commercial focus of the company. WNS is currently in the process of obtaining it certification as a service disabled owned veteran business in order to provide services to local, state and federal government agencies.
