Chocoteer Chocolates Artisan Couverture Chocolate Bars. At Chocoteer Chocolates, the word "compromise" is never spoken and where quality and flavor reign supreme. We make all of our products by hand, in small quantities, to ensure a high quality product with the perfect blend of ingredients. Our couverture chocolate has a higher cocoa butter content, which gives it a smoother, melt in your mouth experience. Then we painstakingly select our flavor profiles to enhance the chocolate bars. The Cocoa Beans used to make our chocolates are a fair trade trinitario cocoa beans from Ecuador.
