Tom Boyle
Vivian set up a showing for her client looking to rent my house. I explained to her that I had to drive an hour to get to the property so I really needed to make sure they were coming. She assured me that Renters Rely confirms with the client the day of the showing and an hour before the time of the showing. Guess what?? NO CALL NO SHOW!! When I called her to discuss, all she did was make excuses, call me rude and hang up on me. Don't waste your time with this business like I did. I would leave zero stars for this business if possible.
