Amazing customer service! The dispatcher was so polite and understanding over the phone. Within ten minutes, a team was sent to my place armed with everything needed to successfully provide eviction services. Excellent experience! Will definitely opt for Atlantic Locksmith Store again! The lock that a local locksmith claimed would last 3 years was now jammed – and it didn’t even take 3 weeks for problems to start showing up! I wasn’t expecting it, especially not when I was tired and looking forward to getting some sleep! Thankfully, the guys over at Atlantic Locksmith Store were extremely understanding of my situation. I called them up after finding their number listed on their website http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com and they took less than 15 minutes to get there. They got the lock working temporarily and I scheduled an appointment the next day, to get them replaced with better ones. Smooth, efficient and completely affordable! As far as I know, they’re the best in Bonita, CA!

After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Atlantic Locksmith Store was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. And that’s what I call a true professional! Hats off to Jones and his team from Atlantic Locksmith Store!!! Keep up the great work in Bonita, CA! Five stars all around!!!
