Ten on Ten for Top Locksmith Services. Why? Came out to help me at 11 pm on a national holiday. Most locksmiths in Paramount were either unavailable or quoted twice the normal rate stating special circumstances. Thankfully, I found them online and received immediate assistance. Jeff got my lock working in no time. I slept peacefully that night, knowing that no one was going to walk right through the unlocked doors. Best service. Best prices. Best locksmith in the whole of Paramount , CA! Highly recommend!

Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Top Locksmith Services because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved! When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows? Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. From buzzing our door to swiping the credit card on his Square reader, he was here less than 30 minutes. Working with Top Locksmith Services was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Top Locksmith Services and would definitely call them again.

Never thought I could feel strongly about what locksmith to use. But after having experienced the laid back, cool, efficient professionalism of Tom at Top Locksmith Services , I can't imagine using anyone else. He seems to always answer the phone and be available. And he was prompt and reliable about showing up and coming equipped with all the supplies he needed without knowing much about my particular situation. Payment was easy too - he takes credit cards.
