I asked Royal Locksmith Store to come over the weekend so that my routine business was unaffected. They instantly agreed! I wanted a keyless access system to be set up but was unsure whether it would work for me! Theyguided me through it and helped me pick the right lock for each door. The card access system on the front door meant I could do away with the registers as it recorded the check-in and check-out times of employees digitally. I even had a keypad lock installed in the store room to limit access. All in all, I’m 100% satisfied with their recommendations, punctuality, quality of service and the pricing. After a quick online search, I chose Royal Locksmith Store! And I’m so glad I did. I’ve never met a locksmith who’s as courteous and knowledgeable as Mark! He made it a point to explain what has gone wrong with my locks and why ( without even asking) and gave me great advice on maintaining my new locks. Everything was done at a good price. He even made a spare key for the new lock for free! We all need understanding, and professional locksmiths such as Mark! In my opinion, Royal Locksmith Store is the best in Bronx, NY and I’m definitely calling them again, if the need arises! Highly recommend their service!

Amazing customer service experience with Royal Locksmith Store. Dave did a great job and was extremely helpful and generous with his time. He did everything he promised and more. His prices were fair and he was transparent about it. I highly recommend Royal Locksmith Store .
