Liberty Locksmith Store sure knows how to treat its customers! After placing the call, it took them barely 15 minutes to send a technician over to my place. They were quick with the job, and cleaned up any mess made thereafter. Also, the final bill provided was lower than the initial price quoted over the phone, which came as a complete surprise, considering how most locksmiths find ways to overcharge customers. I appreciate the honest work these guys are doing! Do I recommend them? YES, they’re the best in Palo Alto, CA. Don’t take my word for it, try them out and you’ll know!

AMAZING service that goes ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. WOW... How AWESOME would it be if other businesses were half as GOOD, CUSTOMER FRIENDLY and HONEST as Liberty Locksmith Store of Palo Alto, CA. Mr. David, the Owner, RESCUED us after a harrowing experience of not being able to enter our home due to a malfunctioned bottom-lock. Mr. David not only fixed the lock but he also STRENGTHENED the associated strike-plate and dead-bolt. Our front door and home are forever changed by the AMAZING service from an AWESOME business Owner, Mr. David! Thank you, Sir; your services and honesty are truly appreciated, not to mention, refreshing!
