Own and operate a full service Material Handling Company specializing in the installation and operation in Automation of Conveying Systems, Warehouse picking, RF scan, along with specialized pallet racking, vertical and horizontal carousels, to serve our customers needs for an efficient cost effective warehouse operation. Performed avionics duties on B-757, B767, B777 and B747-400 from routine, non routine maintenance and troubleshooting aircraft systems including navigation prior to acceptance from United Airlines Nov. 2009 – Oct 2010.
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – AIRTRAN AIRWAYS – ORLANDO, FL.
Coordinates and controls equipment, personnel, tooling and material necessary to assure any mechanical deficiencies are corrected on a timely basis. Manages the workload for the assigned shift. Monitors B checks, service checks and overnight layover checks for an on time return to service. Conducts evaluations and disciplinary actions. 2001-2003.
DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE – SOUTHEAST AIRLINES – CLEARWATER, FL.
Responsible for the maintenance program of a growing FAR 121 air carrier. Brought the airline from one DC-9 to six DC-9 and MD-80 aircraft. Managed all base maintenance, line maintenance and outstation personnel. Complied with all phase checks I.A.W. FAA requirements. Troubleshoot avionics, power plant and aircraft systems. Liaison between the company and the FAA PMI and PAI. Nov 1999 – Feb 2001.

Leases included Vista Jet (Toronto) Win Air (Salt Lake City), Nordam Hush kits and Tracor / Marconi flight systems (Mohave) Heads up display platform for American Airlines 737-800 FAA certification. Responsible for the supervision of the entire maintenance control department of a FAR 121 air carrier. We operated ten B-737 and two executive B-727 aircraft. Controlled all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance, along with troubleshooting live aircraft when discrepancies occurred. Coordinated manpower and required part for a prompt return to service, anywhere in the world. Jan-1995 – Jun- 1996

Performed Maintenance on various types and configurations of live aircraft. Conducted base maintenance, heavy checks and line maintenance in LAX, ATL, DFW and TUS. Spectrum of maintenance included powerplant operations, avionics, to structural repair. Comprehensive knowledge of CAT II and CAT III autoland, navigation, various autopilot configurations and test equipment. Ensure safety of live flights through overnight checks and through pre-flights for a return to service and airworthiness release.
