It had been nearly six years since I’d changed the locks on my door and what ensued was an eventuality I could have prevented, but I didn’t. One night, after a regular day at work, I reached home only to be greeted by a broken lock. This was my worst horror come true! A couple of my things went missing, including the stereo system and the silverware, but thankfully, there wasn’t much gone. After the police came in and registered a complaint, I decided to ring up a locksmith for assistance. I found positive reviews online for Expert Locksmith Services and found their contact details on http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. Few minutes later, a team of locksmiths landed up at my place, carried out a survey and presented options for a security overhaul. I was surprised by their thoroughness and complete professionalism. Also, their prices were quite reasonable and as a bonus, I did find a couple of coupons on their website that I exchanged for discounts. Half an hour later, I had newlocks on my front door and windows and had a sturdy door installed. Thanks to the guys at Expert Locksmith Services, I’d never felt safer. Highly recommend them, if you happen to live in St Louis, MO!

This place is hands down the best locksmith in St Louis, MO ! When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Expert Locksmith Services with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in St Louis, MO !

Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone. Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in St Louis, MO. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pa…

Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone. Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in St Louis, MO. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt. Instead of charging for the higher service they recommended a cheaper but secure alternative. 3) Credit card accepted! 4) If you will need a locksmith call Expert Locksmith Services AT: 314-471-0916.

Never thought I could feel strongly about what locksmith to use. But after having experienced the laid back, cool, efficient professionalism of Tom at Expert Locksmith Services , I can't imagine using anyone else. He seems to always answer the phone and be available. And he was prompt and reliable about showing up and coming equipped with all the supplies he needed without knowing much about my particular situation. Payment was easy too - he takes credit cards.
