As a real estate investor I love Lima One Capital because they were/are way different from the other hard money brokers and hard money lenders that did not ever come up with the funds in time, so I missed a lot of good deals. However, with Lima One Capital it was much easier, things were very clear and no confusion about rates or extra fees and the process was very fast relative to the others I have tried. It felt like buying a car at a regular dealership with all the hassles compared to going to Carmax, just much easier. Not that I am lazy, but I like business transactions and transactions in general to be easy and fast, so I can really say that I can recommend Lima One Capital for hard money loans and real estate loans in general as well as Carmax for car buying : )
