We purchased a new sectional (with a deco pillow set) from this store. It was delivered the following week with MULTIPLE rips, tears and stains. We contacted the store, and after about an hour on the phone, were informed that a replacement couch would be sent out the following week. The next week came & the delivery people, along with the replacement couch never showed up. We had to call the store again & were informed that the delivery was scheduled for a different day than we had been told, without being asked if that day would work for us - which it did not. We therefore had to wait yet ANOTHER week for our replacement couch. The replacement couch was just delivered today. The sectional itself is in much better condition than the previous couch, but the deco pillows are complete CRAP. The delivery workers also did not finish putting the sectional together before jumping back in their truck and leaving, without so much as a "We're finished", or having us sign any kind of paperwork to confirm the delivery. My husband had to finish assembling our new sectional himself and we are left with a pile of crappy pillows that are leaking stuffing and have a ridiculous "sewing" job. This will be the first and last time we EVER purchase anything from this ridiculous excuse of a business.
