Providing insightful clients with guidance & accountability in reaching healthful eating, fitness, & lifetime well-being goals for mind, body & spirit My unique experience as a school psychologist and counselor has provided me with insights on learning, behavior change and process facilitation to effectively guide clients in better understanding influences on behavior using brain-based techniques to break through barriers and unfold the true self. Life coaching is incredibly rewarding by its very nature of bringing clients from a "stuck" place to incredible growth in a short period of time. Our work is collaborative, forward-looking and solution-focused to create the most meaningful and efficient change to highly engaged clients. Word-of-mouth may be the best compliment a client can give. To be entrusted to friends and family is testament to the power of the client-coach relationship.
