This company was friendly, showed up one hour early on the scheduled day to eliminated the bugs, and has gotten rid of the bugs as they said they would. However, for $1600 on a 2 bdrm 1 bath condo, I expected the bugs gone, and my place to be left whole. This company uses heat, which is green, so I wanted to go with the heating. When I arrived back home after the treatment, I was greated with cracks and warping thorough out my ceiling. When I called the representative who came for the estimate, he informed me that the company was not liable for any damage. He also warned me that If I tried to contact my credit card to withhold payment to cover part of the damages, that he would send this matter to collections.........hmm....not as friendly as when they took the $1600. I was told during the prior inspection to remove open food, electronics etc from the condo. I was told those could get damaged. I did that. I was also told that I could leave everything else in there. At no point was I told that there was any sort of possibility of damage to my walls/ceiling. There is one sentence that generalizes their "not liable" attitude. The company said they were as careful as possible. Really? It looks like they left loose with the heat pretty bad on the ceiling. After they caused more expense than the initial cost of service, I am beyond disappointed.
