Trustworthy locksmiths are hard to come by, and so when you do find one, don’t let them go! It’s been over 4 years since I’ve been associated with Great Neck Locksmith Service and they’ve never given me a reason to complain. Always on time, friendly and professional, they’ve made me feel like a valued customer every time I’ve hired them. I’ve hired other firms in Great Neck, NY, and can say it with the utmost confidence that I’ve found no match to them. Ten on Ten!

You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). I have recommended this locksmith business to other establishments I know of, cheers to you Dave and Scott. Great Neck Locksmith Service are the best in Great Neck, NY.

I never really cared much for quality- and I soon realized how dearly it might cost me. I got a spare key made at a local hardware shop and handed it to the babysitter. A few days later, she called up saying that the keys I’d handed out to her had snapped in the lock and she couldn’t get into the home. My son was alone at home and without further ado, I rushed home. She had tried getting the broken pieces out herself but had only managed to push them in further. Frustrated, I went online looking for a locksmith that could help me out and found Great Neck Locksmith Service at http://www.GreatNeckLocksmithService.com. Within 20 minutes, I had a new set of keys, my lock was restored to its former condition and I had a locksmith lecturing about why quality was extremely important. Well, I’m never going back to that hardware shop in Great Neck, NY again.. it’s always gonna be Great Neck Locksmith Service for me!
