After 2 years of practicing dentistry in the dependent clinic at Fort Jackson, Dr. Rudolph C. Harrington opened his new office on Old Bush River Road in Columbia in June of 1975. Twelve years later, having outgrown the first small office, he moved the practice to the present facility at 9 Surrey Court, Columbia, SC 29212, just south of Irmo High School. Dr. Tommy Parnell joined the practice in 2006 and is now a full partner. His excellent dental skills and compassion for his patients have been a wonderful asset.
