There was no way into my home, the only key I had, was now broken in the lock and the pieces were jammed inside. Out of options, I took to the internet to seek answers and found https://www.KissimmeeEmergencyLocksmith.com - a website that offered broken key extraction as part of its services. Hoping against hope, I called them up and received an immediate response. It was surprising, considering the fact that I was making the call after midnight. Within 20 minutes, Johnson had arrived, apologized for the extended wait and used some tool he took out of his van to get the pieces out. Apart from not charging me a dime extra for the late night service, Johnson even made me a new key for free. Can it get any better than this?? I don’t think so! I needed a top lock with a plate cover and not really knowing what locksmiths do besides let you in when you're locked out I didn't realize at first that I needed to call one. When i check online its help me to find Kissimmee Emergency Locksmith and thank goodness. Scott set up an appointment for a few days later, called the day of to let me know how his schedule was going, showed up early with warning, and did an all around awesome job. Afterward he explained to me what he'd done and why and made sure everything was working for me before he left. The flat fee meant no surprises. These guys are the best.

Called Kissimmee Emergency Locksmith to have my deadbolt changed. 15 minutes later, Mike, a friendly, honest, and helpful guy arrived at my door. Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed. If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. They're honest, and the feeling that you weren't put through the wringer is priceless. They even gave me a New Years gift basket. Seriously? A+++
