Once I called Venice Lock And Keys up, I didn’t wait for long. Eric got there in less than fifteen minutes. My car trunk was jammed shut and all my luggage was loaded up in it. I had a flight to catch in about an hour and it was a question of opening the trunk or missing my flight. Venice Lock And Keys did not let the latter happen. Kevin was quick and he opened the trunk within minutes, fixing the lock in the process. I made it to the flight on time. Thanks guys! I checked out their website https://www.VeniceLockAndKeys.com later and found they had a lot more on offer. When I’m back from my trip, I’m definitely hiring them for a home security overhaul. The best in Venice? No, they’re excellent!

Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Venice Lock And Keys because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved! When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows? Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. From buzzing our door to swiping the credit card on his Square reader, he was here less than 30 minutes. Working with Venice Lock And Keys was absolutely painless. Stopped by a couple of hardware stores asking them to replicate a key I had. Turns out, it was a high security key and apparently they did not have the key blanks and the tools needed to carve it. I desperately needed a key copy, and was contemplating changing the lock if I didn’t find someone to get the job done. But it didn’t come to that – because I found https://www.VeniceLockAndKeys.com. After I sent them a snap of my key, Venice Lock And Keys confirmed that they could make the copy. That’s what I call a true professional locksmith! Keep up the good work in Venice, FL 34285 guys! Five stars!!
