I needed help with setting up a new smart lock on my front door. After an impressive advert lured me into buying the lock, I was left struggling to make sense of the instructions and install it. So, I called Mount Vernon Locksmith Store! Dave reached my location quickly, took one look at the lock and advised me against installing it. Turns out, it wasn’t authentic, but only a cheap imitation and showed me the real version of the lock. I could clearly make out the difference. I wasn’t going to risk the security of my property for anything and asked Dave to install the genuine version. Wish I’d purchased the lock from Mount Vernon Locksmith Store in the first place and hadn’t wasted my money on a fake. If you’re a stickler for quality, they’re the best in Mount Vernon, NY! I chose Mount Vernon Locksmith Store based online reviews. I needed my locks re-keyed on my new house. I called this evening at about 6:00 pm, and by 7:45 the job had been completed. James called back within a few minutes, and Mike came over within about 45 minutes of my call. I had 4 knobs and 3 deadbolts re-keyed, and the total cost was less than I was expecting when I called. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. James was friendly when he called to inquire about my needs, and Mike, who came to my home, was professional and friendly as well. If I were to need their service again, I would definitely give them a call.

Can’t praise them enough! Mount Vernon Locksmith Store put up with my absurd requests and I’m sure no one else would have! I’d just spent a fortune on getting my home décor right and I wasn’t gonna let a couple of old rusted locks ruin the entire look. Thankfully, Mount Vernon Locksmith Store understood exactly what I needed. Eric spent a substantial amount of time sifting through a huge collection of locks he had in his mobile workshop and found the perfect fit for me! The new locks look great! Thank you Mount Vernon Locksmith Store and thanks for charging me quite reasonably for it… If you need a locksmith in Mount Vernon, NY that listens to your requirements, these guys from Mount Vernon Locksmith Store should win a gold medal for that!!! Highly recommend them!
