As a resident here for 20 + years in the DeRidder, Louisiana area I can honestly say that I look forward to the next 20! I work here, play here, and live here and it is truly a pleasure. I have a great sense of our local communities, market trends, and local home values – helping my clients buy and sell smart. I have been in the real estate business for 9 years and also have been an auctioneer for 10 years. Being in the auction business, I could see how being in the real estate business it would be very advantageous to my customers in terms of negotiating and more.
I take a personal interest in my customer's end needs. I believes in holding the ethical bar very high and having a transparent business agreement. I would rather not do the deal than have unhappy customers in the end.
I am an Associate Broker and have awards for my service such as the C21Ruby award, C21 Emerald award, C21 Diamond award, and I have been a multimillion dollar award producer for the last 7 years... But the real award is serving my clients and giving them the results they need!
Please give me a call today!
Thank You!
