Consulting / Advisor for digital marketing strategies and administrative management of small professional firms. Didn't we all have the same expectations in law school of graduating and then living a lucrative lifestyle of the rich and famous, filled with life purpose? But what did we end up with instead? Hours and hours of paperwork; 60 hour work weeks, no or poor health coverage, no retirement, no personal time for yourself or your family, wondering how in the heck you are ever going to get paroled out of this mess? The answers is NOT to worker harder, it is to work smarter. The age old law firm system works great if you can hit that one big case that allows you to pick and choose your next client and to pay young associates to do your work for you. For most of us solo practitioners and small firms, we are the senior partners and the young associates all rolled into one. Developing, maintaining, and refining administrative systems, support staff and young associates is the bane of a solo or small firm's existence. I am taking my two decades of experience and delivering systems and skill sets that allow attorneys to strike that personal life / work balance that we are all missing. You know there IS a work / life balance, but if you don't find the time to learn how to work smarter, then hire someone who already has learned it to do it for you!
