After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Prospect Heights Locksmith Service was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. And that’s what I call a true professional! Hats off to Jones and his team from Prospect Heights Locksmith Service!!! Keep up the great work in Prospect Heights, IL! Five stars all around!!!

I knew I’d made the right choice when I called Prospect Heights Locksmith Service to fix up a master key system for my apartment! The technician, Eric, was extremely patient in listening to my requirement. I wanted different levels of access imparted to different people, with the full access resting solely with me! Eric formulated the perfect plan, clearly explained the process, the various options and the money it will cost me! I must say, I’m so impressed with the level of professionalism shown by him. And the prices seemed very reasonable for a job that was as taxing as that! Eric also suggested that I pick up a coupon from their website http://www.ProspectHeightsLocksmithService.com to get a discount on the already low bill! I don’t think any other locksmith would do that! Thank you guys, for devising a flawless master key system for my apartment! Definitely, ringing you up for anything I may need in the future!
