STRONGLY ADVISE TO BE CAUTIOUS IF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. Dealt directly with company owner Andre Flewellen who frequently spoke of Karma and God when agreeing to very reasonable costs only to never carry through on the promise. This is a theft of $12500 for the mentioned promised services which were never carried out. My wife and I are owners of a townhouse in Texas but reside in New Jersey. Mr Flewellen was very charming and gave the impression of a God fearing sickly man. After a bad experience with a tenant Andre offered to serve as our property manager charging us $100 per month. In return he found a tenant who was an actual employee of his. After the employee never paid the utilities and untimely rental payments owed we asked him to leave. Upon his departure the realtor I use told me that none of the repairs promised were ever done except a partially finished floor and that he's been using my property as a shop. I've tried to contact Flewellen numerous times to no avail. It is my firm belief that this charlatan was trying to sabotage my house so he could purchase at a devalued price. We will happily answer any questions regarding our experience.
