Home watch service for second/vacation homeowners, pre-arrival and departure service for vacation homeowners, service personnel access for homeowners Home watch service: we will visit home as scheduled, review the checklist & report back to homeowner along with pictures of home. Pre-arrival service: we will open your home prior to arrival this includes turning on lights, adjusting the thermostat and setting out linens just to name a few. Departure service: we will close your home after you depart this includes hauling trash, setting the thermostat, and laundering the linens just to name a few. Service personnel access: we will open home for service personnel, remain on the premises while they provide their service and secure home once they leave.
