Now, I’ve heard a lot of things about Neptune Locksmith Store, but only when I went ahead and hired them did I know how great they were. I left a message on their website https://www.NeptuneLocksmithStore.com enquiring about a lock change, and I got immediate response. Happy with the price quotes offered, I scheduled an appointment that every evening at 6 pm. Kevin changed 8 locks in less than thirty minutes. That was super fast! Very professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. They’re no doubt the best in Neptune, NJ. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I don’t know why I was even worried! Neptune Locksmith Store made the process seemed so easy! There was to be an assessment by my insurance company the next morning and I knew my age-old locks weren’t gonna make a good impression. I decided to get my locks changed. But the challenge was coaxing a locksmith to come in at 1:00 am to do the job. After a few locksmiths denied service and a few didn’t even bother answering the call, I stumbled across http://www.NeptuneLocksmithStore.com. The website claimed 24/7 service and I hoped that they really meant that! Within thirty minutes of placing the call, Ron had reached my place. After taking a look at my locks, he suggested that I needn’t get rid of all my locks as a few were still good enough to get me past the assessment. That was news to me! And if he hadn’t taken the privilege to bring it to my notice, I would have ended up spending a lot of money that night! An hour later, he was done replacing my locks with brand new ones and fixed up a few faulty ones! And the total bill – it was way less than I expected it to be. Ron didn’t even charge me extra for calling him at such an odd-hour! You guys rock!!!! And I’m definitely giving you a call anytime in future! Thank you Neptune Locksmith Store and thank you Ron!

I had an urgent meeting to attend in the next one hour. But it was one of those days that had bad luck written all over it. First, I spent nearly 5 minutes trying to get my door to lock. The lock was quite old and it was finally starting to show its signs. Being already late, I quickly rushed to my car, fumbled for my car keys and when I turned the car key in the lock, it snapped! Call it fate or blame it on the force I exerted on the key, either way I didn’t feel as helpless as I did at that moment. In a sheer bid of desperation, I called up Neptune Locksmith Store after finding their website http://www.NeptuneLocksmithStore.com listed online. The technician seemed friendly and promised me that someone will be over to my place soon. I barely waited for 10 minutes when they sent Dave over. He carefully took out the broken pieces, and crafted a copy key right there within a few minutes! I couldn’t believe it. Stunned by the level of service, I even scheduled an appointment for the following evening and asked Dave to give my home locks a quick once-over. Ever since that day, I’ve never switched over to another firm in Neptune, NJ. Neptune Locksmith Store is simply the best!
