After a fall-out with my neighbor whom I’d once entrusted with a spare set of keys, I needed to get the locks rekeyed right away. It was the weekend and most firms in Ocean Grove, NJ didn’t have technicians available. But Ocean Grove Locksmith Service managed to send assistance right away, despite being extremely busy. The technician, Ed, got there within fifteen minutes and rekeyed the lock quickly. He also noticed that the door was slightly off-track and set it right for free. Prices seemed very reasonable from what I saw on the quote they’d emailed me, so, I decided to call Ocean Grove Locksmith Service over! My neighbor had mentioned earlier that most locksmiths quote low prices initially but somehow scam customers by upselling products, adding absurd service charges etc. Thankfully, Ocean Grove Locksmith Service was nothing like my neighbor had described. After calling a dozen different locksmiths in Ocean Grove, NJ , I was giving up hope that I would find a place that would install a lock at a reasonable price. Enter Ocean Grove Locksmith Service. I found this place online and boy is there a reason for all those 5 star reviews. From the second I was on the phone with Tommy I had nothing but a great experience. Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in Ocean Grove, NJ that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up). Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done. He was very professional and so nice that I have no doubt I'll only call Ocean Grove Locksmith Service if I ever need help with a lockout or any other lock related problem!
