I had a great time with my friends at iLoveKickboxing. Even though I go to the gym regularly, the instructors give a heart pumping cardio workout. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to start kickboxing

I tried this class due to a promotion that they had. I decided to become a member. The staff is great the bathrooms are nice and clean and so is the rest of the facility. I highly recommend this location Richmond Hill to anyone interested in getting fit.
