I work in the customer service industry and never have i dealt with a more rude representative. I have been ordering manuals from this company for years and only recently since they've expanded have i experienced that the manuals were not done in a timely manner and found myself having to email asking for them. When i did, instead of getting someone who was apologetic and understanding that they were holding up my project I got a very rude smart attitude from him. I will NEVER use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone!
