Lifestyle Apparel For Men & Women "Is That A Don Rodgers?" We're Don Rodgers Ltd, and we've been a leading designer boutique here in Belleville, IL, since 1976. We believe in excellent customer service and retail therapy, offering a personal shopping experience for every customer, tailoring and alterations. Don Rodgers is your one stop shop for all men & women apparel! Rodger started this business with his best friend from college, Don, to provide unique boutique styles to men and women alike. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Belleville and the surrounding communities. We'd like to personally invite you to stop by today and shop our store full of designer collections, indulge in some retail therapy and hear people ask, "Is that a Don Rodger's?"
