This service is absolutely horrific. Zach didn't bring a ladder or screwdriver, knowing he'd need them. He left saying he'd be back to take care of what he needed tools for, and never came back. Hours later, he finally responded to messages saying that he was mowing someone else's lawn. Hours after that, he messaged that his lawnmower broke down doing that. It took him four hours from when he said he was coming the next day for him to show up. He still didn't get the plants he agreed to pull in the backyard, and he should have done it the first day. He didn't do it the second day and claimed he had. He is a complete idiot and should not be allowed out of the house on his own. Tammy was great, though.
