Placed an internet order on 12/31/21. Received an email confirmation that has no real information. Paypal was billed by Edwin Novel Jewelry Design for the full amount. Sent two emails and made three phone calls - no response. Web site clearly states that any orders over $5000 (I spent 15,000) are shipped overnight. Not the case. If I do not hear from them by tomorrow I am opening a dispute with Paypal and my credit card. Very unresponsive business.
