Broker and agent's are scam artists. They should call themselves professional ALTERATION Realty. Many details in my home buying were altered. I was promised appliances, fixes, and someone was going to show up to finish the job. I sent a thank you email which was misused to claim that work was done and I was asked why am I changing my mind?????? Agent just disappeared and Broker refuse to honor the promises because "The Thank you email" I praise my masseuse to keep her motivated, she doesn't end the session and leave. This Broker misconstrued my email to involve PD. Reported me as Bipolar. Sent me legal notice to remove my reviews! I was asked me to sign contingency release, Final inspection in exchange of $$ which she anyway owed me for missing appliances.
