Your company is horrible to work with. I have been told for 2 weeks now that my jellies would be shipped. I paid for over night shipping and advised they would ship by last week. after nothing was received, I got an email from your company saying that they were shipped on the 15th and would be here on the 16th. you also sent a tracking confirmation number. when I checked on the tracking fed ex still says it is being processed. so did you send it to fed ex Tuesday and these poor jellies are sitting in the facility just waiting to ship? I have contacted your company via email and no one ever answers my questions completely. I asked for contact numbers which were never given. you need better customer service. at this time, I want a full refund of my money and I will buy my jellies elsewhere. I also will be contacting the better business bureau and paypal to file complaints.
