I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. I called Brooklyn Eagle Locksmith based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.

Talk about quick and responsive service - Brooklyn Eagle Locksmith is the best! Thomas got there right on time! Maintained a great communication via phone during the day of the appointment. Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful and even patiently answered the million questions I bombarded him with (unnecessary questions, of course) pertaining to rekeying. I got it all done at an excellent price. Brooklyn Eagle Locksmith was great! I called him in the morning and he was able to come to our location the same day to help us.
