I needed spare keys and I sought out the cheapest option – the local hardware store. They seemed to work fine at first, but 3 months down the line, one of the keys broke in the lock. It came as quite a shocker! The pieces were firmly lodged inside the lock, no other spare would work on it and I was locked out of my own apartment. Thankfully, Philadelphia Star Locksmith came to my rescue. The broken key pieces were extracted, the lock fixed and I had a new set of keys made. Gary assured me that the keys wouldn’t break off like the cheap ones I got made, but would last me years. And sure enough, I could feel the difference, in the workmanship, the quality, and the material. I’m never going to a hardware store again! If it’s an issue concerning my locks and keys, I’ll always call Philadelphia Star Locksmith. You should try them too. Their complete service listing could be found on https://www.PhiladelphiaStarLocksmith.com. No doubt, the BEST in Philadelphia, PA.

Standing in my PJs, I felt utterly embarrassed. I didn’t even have my phone with me to call for help. Thankfully, Jess, my neighbor, checked in on me and called up Philadelphia Star Locksmith. Barely ten minutes had passed, David had arrived and worked his locksmithing magic on my lock – and it opened a few seconds later. He was kind enough to alter the lock so it didn’t happen again. Great service! And the best part was the prices – it cost me next to nothing. I took the time to check out their website https://www.PhiladelphiaStarLocksmith.com later, and as it turns out, they’ve got quite an impressive range of offerings. Recommend them to all! Will definitel y call them again if I ever need to hire a locksmith in Philadelphia, PA!!

I wasn’t sure what lock I needed, a friend suggested going the old-fashioned way and using a padlock, whereas a neighbor recommended getting a deadbolt installed. There were also a few other suggestions thrown my way. The multitude of options only ended up confusing me. Thanks to Philadelphia Star Locksmith for clearing my dilemma up. John carried out a full assessment, asked me a couple of questions, and suggested that I go in for a keyless lock. I had a history of losing keys, and he figured this would work best. I couldn’t agree with him more! He fitted a brand new lock in no time, showed me a demo and doled out tips on getting the best out of it. Such comprehensive service packed into an affordable package!!! They’re no doubt the best in Philadelphia, PA. Do call them, their details can be found on their site https://www.PhiladelphiaStarLocksmith.com Will I hire them again? Definitely! FIVE on FIVE!
