Tired of losing my keys over and over again, I decided to do something about it. All my neighbors had those tech-savvy electronic keypad locks installed, and I wanted one too. A trip down the hardware store and a $100 bill later, I finally thought this was going to put an end to my key-loss woes – but I was wrong. Barely a week passed before I found myself staring at a dead lock that refused to let me in. My neighbor suggested that I ring up Cincinnati Speedy Locksmith for help, which I did. Within 15 minutes, Joe arrived, took one look at the lock and dismissed it as a cheap imitation of a Schlage lock. I couldn’t believe I had spent so much money on a worthless lock. Joe, however, put me at ease and promised to replace the lock with a genuine product. It’s been 3 months, and the lock works flawlessly. Turning my key upon returning home, the cylinder surrounding the key popped out. Pins went flying everywhere. My jaw dropped--locks aren't supposed to just break! But within five minutes, I'd regained my composure well enough to do a quick search online. Cincinnati Speedy Locksmith came out at the top of my list, so I called and spoke to possibly the most pleasant professional ever. Our locksmith was out at the time, but he set an appointment for a few hours later and even showed up a few minutes early. He was visibly competent and worked fast, all while keeping up a friendly conversation and explaining what he was doing. Even though it turned out we needed to replace the whole lock, the total price was still well within reach. He even accepted our credit card via an app on his iPhone. Highly recommended.

It might seem like I’m exaggerating when I say that it was a locksmith company that provided me the best customer service! Long wait times, unexpected delays, constant rescheduling, no attention to customer needs are a few things that irk me. However, Cincinnati Speedy Locksmith had managed to set up a seamless operational process in place that allows customers to experience superior services . Right from the dispatcher handling the phone call to the technician tackling the actual issue, these guys are total pros. These guys rushed to my spot within minutes just so I could get a copy key made. That’s a level of service I’m yet to receive from any other company in Cincinnati , OH. Highly-recommend them for their timeliness! If you schedule an appointment with them, the only person who could be late for it is YOU and not them! Bowled over by their services! Cincinnati Speedy Locksmith is no.1 in Cincinnati , OH. Definitely calling them again!
