I wasn’t sure what lock I needed, a friend suggested going the old-fashioned way and using a padlock, whereas a neighbor recommended getting a deadbolt installed. There were also a few other suggestions thrown my way. The multitude of options only ended up confusing me. Thanks to St Petersburg General Locksmith for clearing my dilemma up. John carried out a full assessment, asked me a couple of questions, and suggested that I go in for a keyless lock. I had a history of losing keys, and he figured this would work best. I couldn’t agree with him more! He fitted a brand new lock in no time, showed me a demo and doled out tips on getting the best out of it. Such comprehensive service packed into an affordable package!!! They’re no doubt the best in St Petersburg, FL. Can’t thank Gary enough. He was right on time, even though I’d requested help past midnight. He managed to unlock the car door in a trice and rescued Oscar, my cat. Highly-recommend St Petersburg General Locksmith! And they were gracious enough to not levy any extra charges for the late night service. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced! The representative from St Petersburg General Locksmith was so courteous and the technician who arrived for help with changing locks was even more so!
