I've been working with George Bourekas and his staff for years. Norbay Insurance services comp. provides Commercial Liability insurance for my small construction business company and personal needs. I was satisfied with the service in the beginning, but I have been greatly disappointed for the past three years. It seems as if George Bourekas has become "TOO Comfortable" with his business after building up a sizeable client base and generating a sizeable commission. Every year, we must renew our Liability insurance and home insurance, and it is the insurance agent's responsibility to walk me through the insurance application. George has stopped doing this lately. After a dozen years of being a loyal customer and always thinking I had good coverage and rates, I was foolishly trusting that George Bourekas was always "shopping" for the best rate for me. Instead, I was losing a lot of money from my pocket. It took me making one call for identical coverage to find out that it was half the price!! Plus, there were various coverage issues with some of the policies. I wish that I would have switched sooner. I stayed far too long, which lost me a lot of money. This is all because of my brokers George Bourekas misrepresentations, who was not doing his job correctly, carefully or morally. I Do Not recommend Norbay Insurance services,Inc
