There are a few embarrassing things that you can’t admit to anyone, let alone to your boss. After locking myself out of my cabin, I spent hours retracing my steps to figure out where I’d dropped the keys. When that didn’t work out, I called up my family to check if they had a spare back home, but nope, there wasn’t any to be found. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Edward was excellent! I was locked out of my home and called up Indianapolis Mobile Locksmith after finding their number on http://www.IndianapolisMobileLocksmith.com. The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it! After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy.
