Imagine the memories at Denver’s only beachfront venue. Nestled in The Marina at Cherry Creek State Park, The Lake House offers venue and party option Imagine the memories at Denver’s only beachfront venue. Nestled in The Marina at Cherry Creek State Park, The Lake House offers venue and party options bigger than the views. Hold your ceremony with a backdrop of sailboats. Host your party in the mountain-lodge-meets-yacht-club Great Hall. Enjoy cocktails and dinner on the Upper Deck or Tiki Beach. Motivate your corporate crew with kayak, canoe, hydrobike or stand up paddleboard races. Take on the lake with pontoon boats or jet skis. Rock the Princess Laura riverboat with live music and dinner aboard. When you choose The Lake House for your event, the Great Hall and Upper Deck are all yours. Our elegant décor leaves immense opportunities to accommodate any theme — yet is beautifully appointed for a ready-set-go function. The Great Hall’s 2,500 square feet is a canvas ready for your transformation, spilling onto the same-size Upper Deck. A full-service bar accentuates the space with its warm, inviting tones and textures. And there’s plenty of stand-up space for guests to rest an elbow or a cocktail while enjoying your special occasion. Both the adjacent Tiki Beach, Breezeway and acres on The Wharf are available for outdoor events and ceremonies. Add a day on the lake before your big event, hosting guests to a beach party with live music, kayaking, canoeing, SUPing, sailing and the best barbeque ever. The Lake House offers onsite catering from the area’s top providers — with a range of cuisine and pricing options. Tucked into the southeast metro area, The Lake House is minutes away from downtown and the Denver Tech Center.
