I had a very unpleasant experience with this individual and would not recommend him to anyone. He discussed Pest control packages with my tenants and offered to fix the ant problem for a discount price of $400. Really?? this is not professional and when I asked him about it, I found his response arrogant and self serving.
No customer service concept of how to deal with customers. This was not the only instance I found his customer service sub-par in my opinion.
