This guy replaced our liner last fall. Within a couple of days we saw that the buttress supports were starting to pop up on the bottom of the pool. We called Don and he said he would come back the following year and fix it at no charge. Well we started to call him April and got voicemails and only texted us back. He told us we would have to drain the pool ourselves so he could fix it, we called him back to yell him no, he had to do the work as promised. We have received no response since then, despite numerous attempts to contact him. Now we have a hole in the liner on the buttress on a pool liner that is less then a year old. Our pool is only 6 years old. Do not use this company. He is flake and totally unprofessional.

Terrible company. These guys replaced my old liner and by the time I closed the pool a few months later, it was leaking. I contacted them over the winter but they repeatedly blew me off. Last spring I finally got a response and they came and just eyeballed it, said to contact them again if it kept leaking, which it did, and they told me they'd come out to check it in a few days. Never showed up and never responded to further contact. Here I am, another year later, with yet again another empty pool. They also had the nerve to send me a referral email to get new business.

Don is a piece of work. He makes promises and never keeps them, then when I had enough he refuses to give me back the money he owes me. He delivered my pool without the liner or cell for the salt generator. He made my backyard unusable and my driveway is still full of the dirt he brought over every once in a while to keep me hanging on. Far from a backyard paradise, IOS has created a nightmare for my family. Buyer beware, this guy will charm you and then stick it to you at every turn. He setup a meeting with me to return my money and never showed up, instead called the Ocean County office of consumer affairs, who I had previously complained to, and asked them to mediate. Pictures are worth a thousand words, just look at what he left me(check facebook or yellowpages). Now he wants me to take less than what he owes me and leave me with the mess and best of all remove my bad reviews. What a joke!!!
