This guy replaced our liner last fall. Within a couple of days we saw that the buttress supports were starting to pop up on the bottom of the pool. We called Don and he said he would come back the following year and fix it at no charge. Well we started to call him April and got voicemails and only texted us back. He told us we would have to drain the pool ourselves so he could fix it, we called him back to yell him no, he had to do the work as promised. We have received no response since then, despite numerous attempts to contact him. Now we have a hole in the liner on the buttress on a pool liner that is less then a year old. Our pool is only 6 years old. Do not use this company. He is flake and totally unprofessional.

Terrible company. These guys replaced my old liner and by the time I closed the pool a few months later, it was leaking. I contacted them over the winter but they repeatedly blew me off. Last spring I finally got a response and they came and just eyeballed it, said to contact them again if it kept leaking, which it did, and they told me they'd come out to check it in a few days. Never showed up and never responded to further contact.
Here I am, another year later, with yet again another empty pool. They also had the nerve to send me a referral email to get new business.
