He advised me to get it replaced at the earliest opportunity, since it was a cheap imitation of a Mul-T-Lock and wouldn’t last long.
Zack offered me a good deal on the new, genuine version of the lock and I’m planning on changing it the next week. Service? Good. Prices? Good. Response? Good.
