It’s been nearly three years since I changed the locks, and I figured I should upgrade them. I didn’t have any idea what the latest fad was nor was I aware of the advancements in the security industry. I decided to hire an expert in the field and that’s how I hired Jacksonville Express Locksmith. Eddie explained everything well and told me what would and would not work for my place. I recently contacted Jacksonville Express Locksmith about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time.
Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job. Max replaced 3 locks in under an hour and was kind enough to go over the keys and how each of the locks were installed for the best and safest usage. I'm very happy with the work Jacksonville Express Locksmith performed and they are completely deserving of a 5 Star rating!

I wasn’t too keen on it, but yes, after my brother insisted, I decided to go ahead and call a locksmith. The lock on my front door looked old and rusted! And although it seemed sturdy, my brother thought that it gives off an aura of being an easy target to intruders. He did have a point! So, I called Jacksonville Express Locksmith as he suggested and Jones came in immediately to take a look at the lock. I asked him to give me a price right then. I was a little low on cash and didn’t wanna end up paying up everything I had to these guys. Jones was quite understanding and gave me a flat rate, which was surprisingly low. All I hoped for was that he didn’t add on anything to the bill at the end – which he didn’t! Now the lock on my front door gives off an aura that says ‘back-off’. And it’s all thanks to Jones for getting the job done at such a reasonable price!
Will definitely call these guys again!!! In my opinion, Jacksonville Express Locksmith is clearly the best in Jacksonville, FL! Try them out, and you’ll know exactly why!!!
