Get strong, stay healthy, and train with a purpose. Start shaping the physique you've always dreamed of today! Call to ask about class times and semi- Empowered Strength was created after years of working with athletes needing sports rehabilitation therapy, general fitness clients seeking to maintain personal health, and ourselves honing skills both in the gym and on the field. Our mission is to create an environment that empowers clients to reach their fitness, health, and overall life goals. The personal trainers that work in our gym are highly-qualified individuals with a passion for continued fitness education. Our backgrounds are diverse enough to cover health and wellness factors from physical activity to the nutrition received from your daily diet. If you can dedicate to showing up two times per week for one month and maintain a health diet as instructed by our personal trainers, we guarantee you will see results!
