They provided me with incorrect advice and tried to scam me on my hot water heater repair. They took my copper piping which they said was not code, which it was, and replaced it with inferior piping that does meet code according to 2 plumbing specialists that I had over my house to look at their work. They charged me a riducuolus amount of money for the inferior and incorrect work done, They did not fix the problem, tried to tell me my hot water heater needed to be replaced after they scammed me on the piping that they said was the problem. They did not come back or call to do the work I paid for after numerous phone calls and false promises to come back. I was without hot water for 4 days before finally hiring a real plumber who told me there was nothing wrong with my hot water heater and just adjusted the pilot for no charge. I wrote to the the Examiners of Master Plumbing to file a complaint. I hope this does not happen to you.
